As the Veeva Vault 26R1 Release approaches, Bright Affect have been reviewing the upcoming new features and enhancements for PromoMats.
In this article, we will take a look at the new Portal Subscriptions feature, creating hierarchical copies of Claims, and general improvements for the Quick Check Agent and Content Agent.
Introducing Portal Subscriptions: Weekly Updates Delivered Directly to You
With the new Portal Subscriptions feature, users can receive weekly overview emails from specific Portals in PromoMats. These emails notify the user of new documents added to the Portal within the last week, and if the Publish Date of the document is also within the last week.
We believe that these weekly emails can reduce the risk of missing important documents or announcements, and users will no longer need to manually check Portals for new documents.

Hierarchical Copy: Making Copying Claims Easier
Previously, when copying a Claim, you could only choose to copy related Match Text Variations and Link Targets (References). In the 26R1 Release, you now also have the option to copy the Country, Product, and Indication values.
At Bright Affect, we see that this new update makes copying Claims far more efficient by reducing the amount of manual metadata users need to enter, ultimately streamlining the entire Claims creation process.

Veeva AI for PromoMats: Quick Check and Content Agents
26R1 brings a number of system improvements to Veeva AI’s Quick Check and Content Agents, which we see providing a smoother user experience.
Users can now teach the Quick Check Agent custom vocabulary for particular Products, Countries, and Languages, and a new Issue menu has been introduced allowing users to select to Copy Suggestion, Annotate, or Learn Term from documents.
Additionally, this release improves the Content Agent, making it more Veeva-aware. The Content Agent can now deliver faster and more accurate responses, by better distinguishing document content from its metadata fields, no longer estimating from unclear data, and asking fewer follow-up questions.
We frequently hear from users that manual tasks create unnecessary frustration, and we see these enhancements to Veeva’s AI agents significantly improving users’ overall experience.
